So, what did Irina and I eat for our homemade Christmas Eve dinner?
On Christmas Eve Rina and I spent a good chunk of the day in Shibuya for some shopping. We kept indoors mostly, but when it got dark we noticed all of the holiday lights that were put up around the city.
No, seriously. If you like to take your time and shop in peace, don’t go on a weekend.
GOTTA CATCH ‘EM ALL! O____O
I’ve decided to completely redo this post since the previous version would have called for way too much editing.
Anyway, the Square Enix Showcase in Hatsudai is the Official Character Goods Shop for Square Enix and, by extention, Gangan-related characters and titles. They offer a lot of exclusive merchandise and it’s fun to window shop.
So I decided to to go to the Square Enix Showcase in Hatsudai on Saturday after Masako’s lesson.
And I got completely lost.
Went to Tokyo Disneyland, this time, with Masako and, her husband, Hiroyuki. To match my Halloween post, here’s one for the Christmas decorations~
Whoever designs the holiday decorations seriously deserves a cookie.
Every night Tokyo Disneyland ends it’s day with a fireworks show. I’ve never seen them before because every time I’ve been to Tokyo Disney this time around they get cancelled because of wind conditions.
Kiddyland is a 5-story toy store located on Omotesando St. in Harajuku. I’ve been coming here since I was little (I remember taking my first PuriKura picture here when I was like.. I dunno, 7?), and it’s one of my favorite stores here. It’s also times like this when I really wish that Avatar existed in Japan. Oh, the merchandise they would have… =A=
By the way, if you ever plan on going, do NOT use the map that the Kiddyland website gives you. I wound up walking in the completely opposite direction at first. D<
Anyway, I took a ridiculous number of photos of this place so I’ll just get right down to it. =D
So apparently Yokohama train station is merged with Takashimaya and some shopping complex with around 5 million restaurants (this might possibly be a slight exaggeration). Masako took me to this gelato/cupcake place that’s rumored to be ridiculously delicious. And it is. It so is.
